Seeking an experienced Quality Engineer able to provide expertise with AS9100, NADCAP and ISO 9001 requirements and continuous improvement experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
Shall lead all continuous improvement activities under the umbrella of aerospace component manufacturing from multi-axis machining processes through metal finishing and chemical processing activities.
Verify adherence to procedures, quality standards and regulatory requirements through internal audits; interface with external regulatory representatives to assist with governmental and customer audits of systems.
Ensure parts are produced according to engineering, design, and customer requirements; inspect products for defects and recommend changes to activities and processes.
Champion improvements to production processes including CNC multi-axis machining of metal components and chemical processing and finishing including plating, anodizing, priming, painting, etc.
Position requires a Bachelors of Science in an Engineering discipline and 3
years related experience in a quality role.
