Clinical Sales and Support Coordinator
This position focuses on supporting the daily operations of the PGx Medical office as well as our remote field consultants. Excellent phone and computer skills are a must. Will be working exclusively out of the PGx Medical office, no traveling in or out of state at this point.
A few of the components of the position:
-Processing and Registering new customers
-Processing material request from field consultants
-Respond to field consultants questions
-Inputing information into our CRM system (new customers, test volume, address updates)
-Processing existing customers through the use of our product
-Following up on existing customers and building customer relationships
-Coordinating field team and representatives to service customers
-Handling order clean ups and communicating to field consultants and customers missing order information.
Must Haves:
-Enjoy talking on the phone.
-Able to quickly process results of phone conversations, type comments and schedule follow up tasks.
-Think glass half full.
-Able to motivate yourself, customers and fellow employees.
-In general, a people person. Able to make others laugh.
Nice to Haves:
-Experience on a Mac.
-Experience in Microsoft Excel.
-Prior client management experience.
-Prior experience working in a CRM system.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
