Our client is a very stable international company selling a necessary technical business product to consumers, small, medium, and large businesses. They are one of the industry leaders in what we do, are always changing and are growing rapidly. We are searching for a District Retail Manager that can manage/develop 10-13 store fronts and lead in development of new business and also manage financials/operations/P&L of given territory and all store salary is 65-85k and bonus earnings would equal typical first year 90-115k plus full benefits provided (health,dental,vision,401k), All expenses covered, company cell phone , laptop. and gas allowance.Daily responsibilities will be as follows:Conducting daily meetings with district storesDeveloping, training, hiring, leadership of store managersMotivation of ALL district employees by rolling out incentives and sales targetsManagement of all district operations and financial - growing the profit on a consistent basisConducting oneself in a very appropriate manner in leadership/ organization skills to drive bottom line positive resultsDevelops other employee's career goalsDelegates effectively throughout organizationCreates and rolls out new marketing campaignsRequirementsAt least 2 years of multi-unit store management experienceDocumentation of successful leadership/management resultsStrong communication skills and business acumenAdvanced P&L skills and Operationally sound leadership skillsAbility to coach, develop, and motivate a successful sales and management teamSolid computer skills including basic Microsoft office applications, internet,and social mediaEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
