Frontline Source Group - temporary staffing and direct hire firm - is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk for our Edmond, OK client on a contract to possible hire basis.
Responsibilities
Pull invoices and summit to vendors for payment
Review payables for accuracy
Heavy data entry - Entering invoices into ADP
Adjust for deductions and prepare invoice for payment
Maintain courteous and business-like customer rapport through strong communication skills
Filing
Perform other duties as assigned or necessary
Requirements:
HS Diploma; Associates Degree or Undergraduate coursework preferred
3
years' Accounts Payable experience within Oil & Gas Industry
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong Data Entry skills are a MUST
Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word & Excel)
Proficient in ADP
Ability to prioritize duties and tasks
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
