Sourcing Specialist

Heartland Payment Systems internal sales recruiting team is seeking a Sourcing Specialist for our high volume sales efforts. The ideal candidate must have excellent sourcing skills to drive pipeline generation in a sales environment. Must be technically savvy and have proven experience sourcing for active and passive candidates. The Sourcing Specialist will drive the sourcing initiatives and have the ability to present ideas on how to reach
candidates in a competitive environment. This individual will support 4-6 recruiters to develop sourcing strategies for markets all across the US.
Drive all sourcing efforts and develop sourcing strategies
Source candidates on various job boards, perform complex internet
searches and conduct ongoing research, data mining for candidates and utilize various techniques (social media, internet sourcing, social media websites, exploring niche boards, resume mining) to generate candidates.
Develop phone lists to find appropriate active and passive candidates for sales positions.
Actively network for passive candidates through sites like LinkedIn, Social media, etc
Research market specific and local recruiting options for difficult to fill markets.
Generate email campaigns for markets and regularly correspond with
candidates. Will be required to craft clear and concise emails and compelling correspondence to target candidates therefore, strong written communication skills is important.
Partner with and take direction from and support several
recruiters and hiring managers
Effectively position the company and opportunities to candidates and other leads. Ensure a positive experience for all leads and candidates beginning with initial outreach.
Bachelor Degree Preferred
1-2
years' experience Sourcing/Candidate Development
Sourcing and recruiting experience in a corporate or staffing agency setting
Sales experience or recruiting sales professionals strong preferred
Experience conducting internet sourcing including using various job boards and all the current social media sites. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to navigate effectively through the internet to conduct online research
Strong Microsoft Office suite and applicant tracking systems, as well as various methods of creative Internet sourcing (e.g., blogs, social site and professional networking sites, Boolean searches, search modifiers, Internet mining techniques).
Experience working with applicant tracking systems and related software applications.
Ability to prioritize and work in a fast paced environment.
Possesses outstanding organizational skills
Ability to work well independently but take direction as needed
Demonstrate a strong commitment to a team environment.
Exhibit strong drive for results and success.
Demonstrated ability to deliver a balance of quality and quantity
in candidate pipeline.
Demonstrate well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
