Summary:
The Sales Operations Analyst will work with the leaders of Heartland's Sales Teams to support the continual growth of the Sales Organization. The Sales Operations Analyst will report to the Executive Director of Sales Production and serve as the primary liaison toward facilitating the initiatives with the Sales Operations Teams for the Sales Market that the Executive Director is responsible for.
Primary Responsibilities/Objectives:
Work with Executive Director of Sales to Track Key Priorities and Performance Indicators
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the Sales Operations Team for Project Delivery
Facilitate Ongoing Operational Processes related to Sales Operations in areas such as: Recruiting, Training, Reporting/Data Analytics, Process Improvement, System Adoption, Product Enhancements
Organize Status Reporting and Tracking Related to Key Initiatives for Executive Director
Proactively Capitalize on Opportunities for Business Process Improvements Benefiting the Field
Analyze Sales Metrics to Identify Trends or Anomalies
Develop itineraries, schedule travel and appointments, and complete expense reports for Executive Director

Microsoft Office Products: At a minimum intermediate level with Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word.
Education
Position requires knowledge typically associated with a Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in related fields
Understanding of the Bankcard Industry and/or Commission Based Sales is preferable.
