Job Description:
Right at Home provides in-home care services to the elderly citizens in the greater Edmond/OKC metro, and surrounding areas.
This position is an office position that will require wearing multiple hats:
This position is primarily responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations by coordinating schedules for the clients and employees.
This position requires professional phone etiquette to respond to inbound phone calls, as well as making outbound phone calls.
Looking for someone who is upbeat, positive, energetic, and who is a computer savvy individual to use the company software for record keeping and scheduling.
The primary focus of this position is to create, fill, and follow through on all schedules.
In additiona, make sure all assigned staff are going to their assigned shifts.
Should something come up where they cannot, it is this person's responsibility to re-fill shifts in a timely manner - in order to make sure the elderly clients are safe and cared for according to their care plan.
This requires someone that can think quickly on their feet, willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
This position is also responsible for attracting and recruiting employees on a daily basis.
Collecting the appropriate paperwork, and staying organized.
When in the office, this position also includes handling walk in's, as well as fielding phone calls of new clients needing to start services.
Other various job duties as needed.

30p with a 1/2 hr for lunch.
Once 100% command of the position is evident as confirmed by supervisor, and after 30 days, then employee may work remotely.
It is expected that in this position you will help out on weekends, evenings, holidays if and when needed.
Even though this position is primarily a remote work from home position, there will be various times that this position will be required to be physically present at the office.
