The Assistant will support the attorneys with their work and manage the day-to-day operations of the practice area.
Duties will be varied and include organizational tasks, general support tasks, and administrative services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, self-direction, exceptional problem-solving skills, and is comfortable working in a dynamic working environment.
The position may also support other practice areas as needed.
Prior legal experience is preferred, but not required.
Training will be provided.
Based on growth of the individual and the practice area, the position may transition into a Legal Assistant / Paralegal position.
Computer skills are a must, including familiarity with Word and Excel.
Salary is commensurate with experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
