The Rental Sales Representative's primary focus is to proactively increase revenue through exceptional customer serviceThey will seek out new markets and optimize opportunities to increase profitability aligning with ASCO's continuous growth plan.
Responsibilities:
Establish new business opportunities through sales calls within branch territoryManage pre-planning, post call notes and follow-up actions using CRM toolEducate customers on equipment through product presentations/demosProvide problem resolution, and follow-through to address customers needsAdhere to all safety rules and completing safety training as requiredRepresent ASCO in a positive and professional manner at all timesBASIC
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceProven sales ability and excellent customer relationship skillsAbility to write and speak effectively to individuals and groupsStrong planning, problem-solving and negotiation and organizational skillsKnowledge of construction or heavy equipment preferredSolid computer skills and knowledge of general business software and G-suite platformValid driver's license with acceptable driving recordReasons to Join Team ASCO:
