Practice Manager III (Exempt)

Directly responsible for the daily operations and staff supervision of more than two physician business units or a single practice with a unique program or services including multiple providers and co-workersEnsures professional and technical operation of clinical units with moderate to high complexity and that all policies and procedures are followed on a day-to-day basisMay supervise other Practice Managers and Practice CoordinatorsResponsible for independent management of the business units in accordance with Clinic Initiatives:
Physician Satisfaction, Co-Worker Satisfaction, Patient Satisfaction, Quality, and Business PerformanceReports directly to Director or VP of OperationsPerforms all related duties as assignedPerforms duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
MINIMUM REQUIREDEducation:
Bachelor's degree or 5
years clinic management experienceKnowledge of office management and human resource management practicesKnowledge of health care administration principles, CPT and ICD-10 codesComputer literate.

Experience:
Minimum of two years' experience in clinic management.

Other skills & knowledge:
