To provide superior customer service, drive traffic into the location, continually increase the membership base and focus on the retention of current members.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail preferred Enthusiastic about wellness and motivating others Commitment to continued education through company-provided workshops Ability to communicate with and encourage individuals from all walks of life Ability to commute to, or relocate to, the Edmond area Duties:
Complete a minimum schedule of 25 hours per week Arrive 15 minutes early to all scheduled duties, including work shifts, outside promotions, sales appointments and training sessions Consistently maintain a professional appearance by adhering to the HOTWORX Uniform Policy & Code of Conduct.
While on the clock or attending any official studio functions, all staff must wear officially branded tops with official name badges at a minimum.
No exceptions are allowed.
Follow general cleaning and maintenance checklists and guides as assigned by management, including opening and closing checklists Strive for 5 star online ratings through superior customer service, personability and hospitality! Make every customer and potential customer feel special and motivated, answering questions and assisting them throughout their studio experience Sell memberships and do the necessary prospecting for new members to reach management-appointed sales goals.
This includes reaching out to leads via phone, text and/or email.
Familiarize yourself with retail products, sell retail and achieve retail sales goals Assist manager in social media engagement posts, promotions and on-going ad campaigns Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the studio including lobby area, saunas, functional training area, restrooms and any other areas to ensure superior customer service and sanitation expectations are exceeded.
