Answer all phone calls with the upmost enthusiasm to create a pleasant scheduling experience.
Manage, understand, and adapt to scheduling / tracking software, and Microsoft Excel by monitoring and overseeing the continued progress of the field technicians throughout the day Be able to create, review and interpret invoices / estimates generated for field work.
Facilitate the Operations Manager, Sales Manager and Bookkeeper in updating and maintaining certain reports / information required to navigate the objectives of the company.

Minimum 1 yr of Dispatch experience in a service business with annual revenue >$1 million.
