Full time 10am-6pm M-F.

Role and Responsibilities Responsible for helping customers place orders.
Resolve customer questions and issues via phone, email, and in person.
Provide order status information and status.
Maintain and use order schedule.
Create/Promote a good working team focused on Quality and timeliness.
Maintain workplace cleanliness.
Perform various administrative functions, such as invoicing and order filling.
Maintain the highest quality customer service techniques.
Set up embroidery designs and order embroidery digitizing.
