Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Process orders and handle order entry accurately and efficiently - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries or escalate complex issues - Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and proofreading documents - Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel - Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in using office software such as Google Suite or Microsoft Office - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
