- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers - Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and mailing - Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly - Assist with administrative duties including data entry, document preparation, and record keeping - Manage the front desk area and ensure it is clean and organized as well as the whole office - Coordinate appointments and maintain calendars for staff members - Assist with office management tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism If you are a motivated individual with strong administrative skills, we would love to hear from you.
