Summary:
Pleasantly answer phones, schedule patients and direct patients and others to the appropriate area or person.
Perform routine administrative duties in a timely manner such insurance verification, data entry and collection of co-payments.
Able to accurately register patients according to company policy and procedures and ensure required forms are completed and signed by patients.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required.
MS Office, basic office support skills (telephone, filing, data entry) and basic math skills.
Excellent telephone etiquette, pleasant personality and customer service skills.
Previous experience in a similar role desired, but not required.
