Four boys and two girls, ages 12, 10, 7, 5, 2.
5, and 7 months.
The oldest four children (all boys) are at school during the day and the toddler goes to daycare twice per week.
The infant is home through the day.
The nanny will generally not responsible for all six children for extended periods.
The schedule varies but is largely known at least one month in advance.
A typical day will be helping Mother get kids ready for school; then home alone during the day with the infant and/or toddler; then acting as Father's helper when the older kids get home from school.
Father's office is very close to home and often works from home.
When Mother is not working and home with the children, tasks will turn to children's laundry, meal prep, light cleaning, errands, etc.
Occasional weekends as Father's helper.
Occasional travel and overnight.
Non-smoking.
W-2 at year end.
10 hrs max/day.
Benefits include healthcare reimbursement plan; retirement contribution plan; cell phone stipend; and two weeks paid time off.
