EARC operates Vocational Services for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and is now hiring a Job Coach for full time day shift - Monday-Friday, 8:
30am-2:
30pm.
This position pays $12.
00/hr.
Working in our workshop is truly rewarding and we have a variety of levels of care.
Must have a valid OK driver's license with clean driving record and reliable transportation.
If you don't have experience or training, but have a passion in caring for others we do offer paid training.
As a staff member, you will gain great rewards from the service you provide to the individuals we are here to support.

Ongoing Training & In-services -- Opportunity for professional growth and advancement through in-house and specialized training.

Paid Time Off (PTO) -- PTO is earned on an accrual basis.
Ten (10) days are earned over each year of full time employment.
This amount increases after the first and fifth years of continued employment.
Holiday Leave -- Six (6) paid holidays -- New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, & Christmas Day.
