Role:
General Manager The Taco Bell Restaurant General Manager is the leader of the team who establishes the tone of the work environment, and the level of customer hospitality.
You are responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team that consistently provides customers great food and a friendly experience.
Key responsibilities include finding, hiring, and developing employees, conducting new hire orientation, and developing the training plan for each new hire.
You're also responsible for scheduling and deploying the team correctly, addressing performance issues, assisting in the resolution of customer issues, and managing the restaurant budget and financial plans.
A successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, a track record of people development, and a positive attitude.

Ensuring Consistent Customer Satisfaction Execute the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) Success Routine and ensure responsibilities under People, Customers and Service are completed.
Understand why the financials might not be to standard and have solutions to get the business P&L back to where it needs to be at.
Ensure that all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position(s).
Ensure that all employees present a neat clean appearance and wear company uniform.
Personally demonstrate the Customer needs are the highest priority.
Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive customer relations.
Greets customers with a smile, is polite and pleasant when speaking with customers.
Works with urgency.
Works with management and fellow employees.
Cooperation with peers - work with fellow employees as part of a team, helps others when they need a hand.
Demonstrates a positive and enthusiastic attitude with co-workers.

Provide ongoing constructive and complimentary feedback to Shift leaders and Assistant General Manager.
Actively participates in teaching and training with Shift leaders and Assistant General Manager.
Handle conflicts constructively and works with ARL to achieve resolution.
Act Like an Owner Assist Profit and Loss management by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, and managing labor.
Oversee proper product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times.
Assist with facility maintenance and ensure health and safety standards are always followed.
Perform other duties as needed to run the business.
Job Requirements and
Essential Functions:
Must be at least 18 years older.
Must have reliable transportation.
Able to do basic business math.
Able to stock shelves and coolers.
Understand profit & loss statements.
Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction.
Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves and lift and carry out trash containers and place in an outside bin.
Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant.
Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs.
and stooping during 90% of shift time.
